What to Expect at the Annual Meeting

Regional Caucuses will serve as an important forum for discussion, collaboration, and member engagement during the Annual Meeting. All attendees will participate in their assigned regional caucus and are encouraged to come prepared to actively contribute to the conversation.

Each caucus session will be facilitated by a Caucus Chair, who will guide discussion around key topics relevant to the organization and the future of dental testing and regulation. Caucus participants will have the opportunity to share perspectives, identify priorities, and provide feedback on issues impacting the examiner community.

At the conclusion of caucus discussions, each Caucus Chair will prepare and deliver a summary report during the Town Hall session. These reports will highlight the major themes, concerns, and recommendations raised within each region and will be shared directly with the General Assembly to ensure transparency and broad organizational engagement.

Additional information, including caucus assignments, discussion topics, schedules, and guidance for participants, will be provided in advance of the meeting so attendees can arrive prepared for productive and meaningful dialogue.
