Siv (Sue) Chung Chhay is an Associate Professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Hunt School of Dental Medicine and a current Examiner for the American Board of Dental Examiners (ADEX). She has contributed over a decade of service as an Expert Witness and Consultant for the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and as a test constructor for the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations, supporting the development of the INBDE and Advanced Dental Admission Test (ADAT).

Dr. Chhay earned her DDS from Texas A&M College of Dentistry and holds a Mastership (MAGD) from the Academy of General Dentistry. Her academic appointments at New York University College of Dentistry, Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, and Texas A&M reflect her leadership in curriculum innovation, digital dentistry integration, faculty calibration, and competency-based assessment.

A published author and national lecturer, Dr. Chhay has presented at major professional meetings, including the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), AGD, Texas AGD, and regional dental societies. Her expertise encompasses operative dentistry, dental materials, pulp vitality preservation, assessment standards, and outcomes-driven dental education.
